By downloading or playing Hookfall (the "Game") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your own device for entertainment purposes. The Game, its code, art, music, and design remain the property of the developer.
Coins, upgrades, stars, and any other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, are not refundable, and may be changed, rebalanced, or reset by game updates. You own a license to use them within the Game, not the items themselves.
The Game is free and supported by third-party advertisements (Google AdMob). Watching rewarded ads is always optional and grants in-game bonuses only. Ad content is provided by advertisers and is not endorsed by the developer. Data practices related to advertising are described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game; (b) use cheats, exploits, bots, or automation; (c) interfere with the ads or simulate ad views; or (d) use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
The Game is provided "as is" and may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Game is to stop playing and uninstall it.
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above will be revised. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
